All Sales Are Final Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review your size selection before placing your order. Please refer to our size guide on each product page to ensure the best fit.
When We Will Make It Right We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement if any of the following apply:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your package was lost or never arrived
How To Request a Refund If any of the above apply to your order, please contact us at hello@fabricz.co within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item or packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once received, we will review your claim within 2–3 business days and respond with a resolution.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business daysdepending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Lost in Transit If your package appears lost in transit, please allow 15 business days from your estimated delivery date before contacting us, as shipping delays can occur.
