ORDERS & PAYMENT
How do I place an order? Simply browse our collection, select your size and color, and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout prompts to complete your purchase. It's that simple.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as PayPal and all payment methods available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We begin processing orders quickly so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please contact us immediately at hello@fabricz.co if you need to make a change and we will do our best to help.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide. No matter where you are we want you to experience Fabricz.
How long will my order take to arrive? All orders are processed within 1–3 days. Estimated delivery times are 6–13 days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your order at any time at fabricz.co/tracking.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal? Yes this is completely normal. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after your order ships. If your tracking has not updated after 5 days please contact us at hello@fabricz.co.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy? We want you to love your Fabricz pieces. If you received the wrong size or are unsatisfied with your order, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of our products we do not accept returns for refund unless the item arrives damaged or defective. To start an exchange please contact us at hello@fabricz.co with your order number and reason for exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective? We are so sorry if this happens. Please contact us at hello@fabricz.cowithin 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 2–3 business days.
What if I received the wrong item? Please contact us immediately at hello@fabricz.co with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund? Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
SIZING & FIT
How do I find my size? Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your waist, hips, and bust and comparing to our size chart before ordering.
What sizes do you carry? We carry sizes XS through 3XL because we believe every woman deserves to feel confident regardless of size.
What if my size is out of stock? If your size is currently unavailable please sign up for our email list and we will notify you when it is back in stock.
PRODUCTS
What are your products made of? Our products are made from a premium Nylon and Spandex blend designed for comfort, breathability, and lasting shape retention.
How do I care for my Fabricz pieces? To keep your Fabricz pieces in their best condition we recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Yes our fabrics are soft and gentle enough for sensitive skin. If you have specific skin concerns we recommend checking the product material details on each product page.
