At Fabricz, every order is handled with care and intention. We want you to feel confident from the moment you purchase to the moment your order arrives at your door.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Every Fabricz order is carefully reviewed and prepared before it leaves our fulfillment center.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 days of payment confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation the moment your order is placed
- A second notification with your tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way
- During high demand periods such as launches or sales, please allow an extra 1–2 days for processing

Delivery times are estimates from the date of order confirmation. While we do everything we can to get your order to you promptly, occasional delays due to carrier or customs processing may occur.

4. ORDER TRACKING
We believe you should always know where your order is.
- Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships
- Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking information to activate
- Track your order anytime.
- If your tracking has not updated after 5 days please don't hesitate to reach out to us
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Fabricz ships globally from our fulfillment centers. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Fabricz has no control over customs processing times or fees
- For more information we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering
- We appreciate your understanding as this is standard for international shipments
6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
We understand how frustrating a delay can be and we are here to help.
- First check your tracking link for the latest update
- Carrier delays can occasionally push delivery beyond the estimated window
- If your order has not arrived within 25 days of your confirmation email please contact us
- We will investigate immediately and work to make it right
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
- Fabricz is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout
- If you notice an error please contact us immediately at fabriczadmin
- We will do everything we can to correct your address before your order ships
- Once an order has been fulfilled we cannot guarantee address changes can be made
8. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
On the rare occasion your order arrives damaged please:
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging immediately upon opening
- Email us at hello@fabricz.co within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos in your message
- We will review your claim within 2–3 business days and send a replacement or issue a full refund

9. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
If you have ordered multiple pieces they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. This is completely normal and does not indicate a missing item. Please allow all tracking numbers to show delivered before reaching out about a missing piece.
